I'm a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Community Skills Architect focused on turning Microsoft cloud, security and AI into practical outcomes for real organisations. I help teams adopt Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot through practical, real-world training delivered with Microsoft Training Services Partners across Europe, consistently scoring 4.8 out of 5 across hundreds of deliveries on Metrics that Matter (MTM), Microsoft's official learner feedback survey.
I've spent 25+ years working across Microsoft and Linux technologies, building and supporting everything from end-user environments to enterprise server and private cloud platforms, including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint, Hyper-V and System Center. I previously served as CTO for a global investment bank, leading infrastructure teams while remaining a hands-on technical SME, and I also build software, designing line-of-business applications with .NET/C#, MVC, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and platforms including Umbraco.
Today I run M365 Academy, a Microsoft Training Services Partner (TSP), delivering Microsoft Official Curriculum in the classroom and live online across Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud security and modern workplace adoption. Sessions are demo-led and real-world focused, particularly across Microsoft Copilot, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender and Azure security, so teams can apply what they learn immediately.
I'm also deeply invested in the wider MCT community: mentoring fellow trainers and new MCTs, supporting partners, and helping organisations adopt AI and cloud technologies with confidence.
